Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store as required.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a safe, clean, and merchandised store environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock handling.
• Maintain store loss prevention awareness and safety procedures.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes.
• Lead front-end operations to maintain customer wait times and service levels.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on daily tasks and departmental goals.
