Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environment on the sales floor and reports hazards promptly.
• Supervises associates, opens/closes the store as needed, and supports Manager on Duty.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Executes company best practices and loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink.
• Trains and coaches staff on cash registers, shortage controls, and front-end procedures.
