Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; supervise associates when on duty.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Lead in store operations and admin tasks per company policies.
• Supervise Front End operations and cashier processes; train staff.
• Assist with loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Coordinate administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
