Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivers strong customer service and supports Associates with daily tasks.
• Represents the Ross brand and maintains professional appearance and store standards.
• Manages merchandising, back stock, and floor recovery per company guidelines.
• Supports loss prevention practices and adheres to company procedures.
• Trains and coaches front-end and stockroom staff to achieve efficiency.
• Handles administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
