Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment and reports hazards.
• Provides courteous, professional customer service and leadership.
• Maintains store presentation and cleanliness to company standards.
• Oversees stockroom, merchandising, and back-stock processes.
• Supervises front-end operations and cashier activities.
• Performs payroll and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
