Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ, is seeking an Area Service Operations Manager for Existing Installation to lead service fulfilment across the area. You will own the execution of Safety, Profitability, Fulfilment and Compliance initiatives, reporting to the Sr.

VP Area Operations and driving customer satisfaction while minimizing cancellation risks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of operational leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on safety culture, cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 10 years operational leadership experience.
Experience in service fulfilment and field operations.

Responsibilities

Lead service fulfilment activities across the area with the National Ops team.
Own execution of Safety, Profitability, Fulfilment/Compliance, and Efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with area leadership to manage labor, materials and expenses.
Mentor service supervisors and IUEC personnel for training and development.
Develop service management strategies emphasizing CPSI/NC compliance and warranty management.
Partner with National Service Operations to align strategic direction.
