Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an Engineering Excellence Manager in New Jersey to supervise the Operations and Maintenance Team and implement the site maintenance strategy. The role requires coordinating with the General Manager, managing PMs and work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Technical Services, a relevant engineering degree, and experience with subcontractor contracts and CMMS (Tririga).

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years practical experience in Technical Services.
• Three years as Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, or equivalent.
• Licenses relevant to the role (refrigeration, boiler operator, plumbing, OSHA).
• Experience with Work Order Control and CMMS systems; Tririga a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Operations and Maintenance Team.
• Implement overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site maintenance activities.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance.
