Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Morristown, NJ seeks an Area Service Operations Manager for Existing Installation to lead service fulfilment, safety culture, and profitability across the district. You will partner with National Ops and field leaders to execute service activities and manage escalations to maximize customer satisfaction while reducing cancellations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading service operations in a large industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service fulfilment activities across the Area East EI with executive alignment to National Ops and field leaders.
• Drive safety culture in partnership with FQE/Safety leadership and safety committees.
• Mentor service supervisors and IUEC personnel for training and development.
• Develop and implement service management strategies focusing on fulfilment (CPSI/NC compliance, warranty, PM fulfilment) and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with national teams to ensure SEC-level strategy is communicated and deployed locally.
• Manage cost, labour, material, and expense to deliver profitability targets and minimize cancellations.
