Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ seeks an Area Service Operations Manager - Existing Installation to lead service fulfilment across the district, partnering with National Ops and field leaders to ensure safety, profitability and top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will mentor supervisors, drive CPSI/NC compliance and performance improvements, manage labor and materials, and champion connectivity with the Area leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Operational Leadership Experience: at least 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead service fulfilment across the district with area leadership and field operations.
• Drive safety, profitability, fulfilment, and operational excellence; own commercial escalations as needed.
• Mentor service supervisors and IUEC employees; develop training and talent within the area.
• Develop and implement service management strategies with emphasis on CPSI/NC compliance and warranty management.
