Job summary

Siemens Oregon seeks an Area Operations Manager, Service, to lead a field-based service organization across multiple locations in the Portland area and beyond. You will drive service revenue, margins, and customer outcomes while partnering with central teams to ensure quality and scalable performance.

You will oversee end-to-end service execution, workforce planning, and pricing guidance, with travel up to 10% and a focus on sustainable growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading field-based service teams in commercial buildings.
• Financial acumen: revenue, margin, cost control, cash flow.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and collaborate with Sales/PMO/ops.
• High School diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service operations organization for profitable growth and customer outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end service execution within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Plan and direct service operations for sustainable growth and retention.
• Monitor performance to control costs and improve margins.
• Collaborate with PMO and Operations Excellence to leverage best practices.
• Provide pricing guidance and lifecycle service strategy to Sales.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, developing, and resource allocation.
• Align balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital with North Star goals.
• Maintain alignment with Area General Management on strategy and growth.
