The role collaborates with the NI Sales team to win opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial targets.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of NI Superintendents and Project Coordinators, drive safety, budget control, and performance metrics, and foster Schindler's values in a dynamic

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business / Management / Engineering or related field required.
• 5-7 years in various assignments within the company or elevator/service industries preferred.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial objectives and support NI operations.
• Build and manage an operational budget and expenditures for time, materials, and assets.
• Lead NI-focused field team including Superintendents and Project Coordinators and hire/onboard new staff.
