Siemens is seeking an Area Operations Manager, Service in Jacksonville, FL to lead a service operations organization delivering profitable growth and customer outcomes. You will drive service execution, collaborate with central Operations teams, and oversee workforce planning.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality; guiding pricing, renewals, and lifecycle service strategy with Sales; and aligning with Area General Management on strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years leading service or operations teams in a project-based environment.
• Financial accountability for revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow.
• Experience partnering with Sales, PMO, and operations teams.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 15% travel requirement for the Northern Florida Territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive service growth by meeting revenue and margin commitments.
• Lead end-to-end service execution including project services and agreements.

• Monitor performance to manage costs, risk, and margins.

• Lead workforce planning and resource management for current and future needs.
• Align balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital with company goals.
• Coordinate with Area General Management on strategy and market growth.
