Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Northeast seeks an Area Service Sales Leader to translate strategy into market execution, align frontline leaders, coach teams, and drive service growth with a focus on recurring revenue, retention, and service attachment. You will partner with Area VP, Market GM, and service operations to ensure priorities and discipline across the Area.

You will travel within the Northeast as needed, influence outcomes through data, and manage engagements with executive stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in HVAC/building systems or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of service sales growth, revenue and forecast accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of CRM-enabled sales management and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into market priorities, execution plans, and performance expectations.
• Deliver operating plan for service volume, revenue, margin, and retention.
• Ensure market execution through clear roles, defined sales motions, and accountability.
• Diagnose performance gaps and align corrective actions with leaders.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly service sales cadence across the Area.
• Drive pipeline and improve opportunity quality, stage discipline, and CRM adoption.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy and use data to identify risks and improvements.
• Build relationships with key customers and executive stakeholders to shape opportunities.
