Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading operations in a project-based or engineering environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, PMO, and operations teams.
• Experience in building automation or smart building solutions is preferred.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational performance across the assigned area.
• Meet budget targets for revenue, gross margin, and operating margin.
• Plan and oversee activities to support growth and project execution.
• Monitor project performance to control costs and risks.
• Collaborate with central Operations teams to leverage standard tools and practices.
• Provide pricing guidance and execution strategy for bids.
• Build workforce plans and manage resources to meet business needs.
• Ensure balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital performance align with targets.
• Align with Area General Management on market strategy and growth.
