You will align front-line leaders, coach teams, and create disciplined market execution to deliver annual service growth targets. This role partners with the Area VP, Area Sales Leader, Area Service Leader, and market leaders to ensure priorities, rhythms, and capability exist to drive recurring revenue and service attachment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC, building systems, technical services, or complex B2B sales.
• Proven ability to lead through influence without direct reporting authority.
• Strong knowledge of CRM-enabled sales management and recurring revenue strategies.
• Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into market priorities and execution plans.
• Deliver operating plan for service volume, revenue, margin, and retention.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly service-sales cadence across the Area.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to shape opportunities.
• Drive new bookings, renewals, and lifecycle value selling across services.
