You will partner with central Operations teams to drive consistency and scalable service performance.

The role requires 5–8+ years leading service or operations, strong financial acumen, and collaboration with Sales, PMO, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years leading service or operations in project-based environments
• Financial acumen including responsibility for service revenue, margin, cost control and cash flow
• Experience partnering with Sales, Project Management and operations teams
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Travel about 15% for the Northern Florida Territory

Responsabilités

• Drive service and operational growth by meeting revenue and margin commitments
• Lead end-to-end service execution within scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Plan, direct, and oversee service operations for sustainable growth and retention
• Monitor performance to control costs, manage risk and improve margins
• Collaborate with PMO and Operations Excellence to leverage best practices
• Provide pricing guidance and lifecycle service strategy to Sales
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation to meet business needs
• Align with Area General Management on strategy and market initiatives
