Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead a launch-focused field team across the Southeast, including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. You will recruit, coach, and develop top sales talent, driving data-driven strategies to convert clinical evidence into durable physician adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

6+ years of proven sales success, pharmaceutical or related field preferred.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Eye-care or pharma launch experience is a plus.
Current driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing field sales team across multiple states.
Develop territory plans, call cadence, and deployment strategies.
Coach reps with regular field rides and 1:1s.
Drive attainment of launch metrics and sales targets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support practice adoption.
Navigate launch phases and adapt to changing market conditions.
