Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director to support DSD and Independent Distributors, manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and track sales data. You will build key account relationships to ensure promotion and display execution in the market, using digital tools to highlight wins and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
• Bachelor's in Sales or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD sales and IDs to grow customer base and manage relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and drive promotions.
• Track sales data and identify sales opportunities in the market.
• Maximize promotion and display execution across the market.
• Collaborate with Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities.
