Job summary

Flowers Bakers? has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will grow the customer base, manage relationships, and track sales data to maximize market opportunities.

You will collaborate with Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze territory opportunities, using consumer insights to adjust sales strategies and drive promotions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Help IDs manage customer relationships and grow their customer base.
• Track sales data and opportunities in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to aid promotions.
• Use digital tools to show execution wins and growth opportunities.
