Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director responsible for supporting DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and identify new selling opportunities in the market.

You will work with the Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities and adjust strategies, using insights to drive promotions and display execution across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.

Responsibilities

• Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to promote and display execution.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales with the Sales Enablement team.
• Utilize digital tools to show execution wins and growth opportunities.
