Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director in Pennsylvania. The role supports DSD sales and Independent Distributors, building strong customer relationships, growing the customer base, and pursuing new opportunities while tracking sales data.

You will collaborate with a Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities and adjust strategies to maximize sales, using consumer insights to guide execution.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Help IDs manage customer relationships and grow their customer base.
• Identify new selling opportunities in the market and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships to drive promotions and display execution.
