Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director. The role supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).

You will manage customer relationships, pursue new selling opportunities, and analyze sales data to drive growth and promotions. Work with a Market Vice President and Sales Enablement to assess market opportunities and adjust strategies using consumer insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotions and display execution.
• Analyze market opportunities with the Market VP and Sales Enablement to maximize growth.
