Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director.

You will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors, building strong relationships with key accounts to drive promotions and displays in the market. You will analyze market opportunities with the Market VP and Sales Enablement team, leveraging consumer insights to refine sales strategies and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales and use consumer insights to adjust strategies.
