Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director. In this role you will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors, manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and track sales data to maximize performance.

You will work with a Market Vice President and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities and adjust strategies using consumer insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Manage customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Seek new selling opportunities and track sales data.
