First Citizens Bank is seeking a supervisory leader to manage a large float sales and service team across an assigned area. The role focuses on staffing, onboarding, coaching, and ensuring branch operations and risk controls are maintained.

You will lead training, drive sales support initiatives, and act as escalation point for area staff, with travel required to observe performance and meet objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience OR high school diploma with 6 years in financial services or bank operations with supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Managerial functions: hire, onboard, place float staff, observe performance and optimize contributions.
• Talent development: lead teller training and ensure progress toward performance goals.
• Sales support: coach on referral practices and monitor product knowledge and compliance.
• Operations: reconcile outages and drive accuracy, efficiency, and deposit compliance.
