Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Supervisor for float sales and service representatives to lead a large team across an assigned area. You will hire, onboard, and coach float associates, supervise performance, and guide branch operations and risk-mitigation efforts.

You will travel to observe performance, support sales focus programs, and coordinate with senior management to resolve issues and ensure staffing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent with 6 years' experience in Financial Services or Bank Operations including supervisory.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Managerial Functions - hires, onboards, and places float associates; observes performance and ensures objectives are met.
• Talent Development - leads teller training and ensures staff follows training plans and goals.
• Sales Support - supports sales initiatives and coaches on referrals and compliance.
• Operations - reconciles outages and errors; ensures accuracy, efficiency, and deposit compliance.
• Risk Management - educates on teller and branch risk; protects assets and mitigates risk.
