Job summary

The Area Coach position at Taco Bell Corp. provides leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets the Annual Operating Plan.

The AC supports RGMs daily, coaching on performance targets, guest satisfaction, food safety, and staffing while guiding capital decisions and rollout of new initiatives. You will train and motivate managerial staff, travel to stores regularly, and ensure consistent customer experience

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and food safety procedures.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Area Coach responsibilities for 5-10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Coach RGMs and AGMs to meet or exceed operating plans.
• Model How We Work Together and build a bench of leaders.
• Drive guest satisfaction, margin, and employee engagement.
• Oversee training, product initiative rollout, and capital budgeting.
• Travel to designated stores and work with the management team.
