Job summary

The Area Coach position at Taco Bell provides leadership across 5-10 restaurants, guiding RGMs and AGMs to meet operating plans and standards. You will focus on developing management talent, improving guest experience, and driving profitability while modeling behavior and rolling out new products and initiatives.

You will travel to designated stores, coach teams, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Strong preference for internal promote from RGM/MTM position.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach RGMs and AGMs to improve guest service, margin, and employee satisfaction.
• Establish and review unit performance targets for guest experience and profitability.
• Allocate budgets to facility needs and reinforce new products and initiatives.
• Direct hands-on training to develop managerial employees and role model standards.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by coaching across locations and addressing issues.
