Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of 5–10 restaurants, ensuring RGMs meet operating plans. The AC coaches RGMs and AGMs daily to develop strong restaurant managers and drive guest satisfaction, margins, and staff engagement.

Responsibilities include setting performance targets, enforcing food safety standards, guiding product rollouts, and traveling to stores to model leadership behaviors and support teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision experience in food service or retail.
• Proven ability to coach managers and drive performance improvements.
• Knowledge of guest satisfaction metrics and food safety procedures.
• Experience with budgets, P&L concepts and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 5–10 Taco Bell restaurants to meet operating plans.
• Coach RGMs and AGMs daily to build management capability.
• Drive guest satisfaction, margin improvement and employee engagement.
• Oversee product rollout, standards, and training of managers.
• Travel regularly to stores and support the management team.
