Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of 5–10 restaurants, ensuring RGMs meet operating plans and standards. You will coach and develop management teams, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize profitability while upholding food safety and product standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, operating as a role model, and frequent travel to designated stores to support and mentor managers in delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery with food safety procedures.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and travel to stores regularly.

• Role model How We Work Together Principles and build management capability.
• Hire, orient and develop RGMs, AGMs and shift managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and drive performance improvements.
• Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and analyze OSAT and CORE data.
• Coach RGMs on sales, margin improvement and cost control across the area.
