Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan.

The AC role focuses on building management capability, ensuring a consistent customer experience, and coaching on P&L performance across the region, including hands-on training when needed to model best practices.

Qualifications

• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Build management capability by role modelling leadership and hiring top RGMs and store leaders.
• Coach RGMs on the '4 Rights' and develop a deep bench of capable managers.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by monitoring guest experience and OSAT/CORE metrics.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure successful implementations.
• Analyze financial performance and coach RGMs on driving sales and profitability.
• Provide ongoing feedback to RGM/AGM/SMGR and team members; travel as required.
