Taco Bell franchisee in the United States is seeking an Area Coach to provide overall leadership and direct supervision of 5–10 restaurants, ensuring RGMs meet annual operating plans and deliver consistent guest experiences.

The AC develops management capability, coaches RGMs on the 4 Rights, builds a strong leadership bench, and drives guest satisfaction, margin, food safety, and facility standards while allocating scarce capital to high-priority needs.

Competenze

• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics & product specs.
• Experience in selecting, coaching and developing managerial employees.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise 5–10 Taco Bell restaurants to meet operating plans.
• Coach RGMs on customer satisfaction, margin, and people development.
