Taco Bell Corp. Area Coach is responsible for leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure RGMs meet the Annual Operating Plan.

The AC focuses on coaching and directing RGMs and AGMs on a day-to-day basis, with emphasis on guest service, margin improvement and employee satisfaction. The role may involve hands-on training and role-modeling required skills in the restaurants, traveling to stores to support management and ensure standards are consistently

Competenze

• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery; knowledge of food handling/food safety procedures.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team on a regular basis.

• Lead and develop RGMs to achieve target performance across guest service, margin and employee engagement.
• Coach RGMs daily, model expected behaviors and operational standards in the restaurants.
• Implement and monitor the P&L controls and financial performance for the territory.
• Drive rollout of company products and initiatives across all stores in the area.
