Qualifications

• 5-10 years in supervisory roles in food service or retail.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• Knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specs and management systems.
• Willingness to travel to designated stores on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Build management capability by coaching RGMs and selecting and developing leaders.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by coaching RGMs and monitoring OSAT and CORE metrics.
• Coach P&L discipline by analyzing area financial performance and driving sales and profitability.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs and participate in central orientation.
