Taco Bell franchise Area Coach provides overarching leadership and direct supervision of 5–10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure RGMs meet operating plans. The AC coaches RGMs on performance targets in guest service, margins, and employee satisfaction, while reinforcing food safety standards and brand initiatives.

The role blends hands-on training with strategic direction, requiring travel to designated stores and a track record of developing managerial talent and improving restaurant performance.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop RGMs and store leaders across 5–10 units.
• Set and monitor targets for guest service, margins, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety, product, and facility standards across all locations.
• Oversee planning, capital budgeting, and rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Travel regularly to stores to coach and train managers and staff.
