Ross Stores in the United States is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and assist with general operations as Manager on Duty. You will supervise Associates, open/close the store, and ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised shopping environment.

You will also enforce safety, loss prevention, and company policies. As a leader, you will train teams on cash handling, POS usage, and customer service standards while maintaining merchandise presentation.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe and secure store environment and follow LP guidelines.
• Supervise associates and open/close store as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and keep stockrooms organized.
• Train and coach front-end associates on cash registers and policies.
• Ensure compliance with monthly presentation guidelines and signing.
• Handle administrative duties and payroll related tasks as assigned.
