Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and organized to standard.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes across loss prevention, front-end, and merchandising.
• Manage safety, include loss prevention and securing store assets, and ensure emergency procedures are followed.
• Train and coach Associates on cashiers, shortage control, and front-end procedures to meet service and productivity standards.
• Oversee administrative duties and ensure payroll, scheduling, and cash handling follow policy.
