Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting hazards as needed.
• Supervise store team and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Open/close the store, manage Associates, and keep a clean, organized stockroom.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Ensure loss prevention practices and go-back processes are followed.
• Perform administrative duties including payroll and scheduling as assigned by Store Manager.
