Job summary

KCR Media Group in Seattle / Eastside Area is seeking an Area / Multi-Unit Manager for our Korean fast casual concept. You will oversee 2+ restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, scheduling, and cost management across sites.

This role requires hands-on leadership, training, accountability, and travel between locations to ensure consistent guest experiences. Excellent communication and store-level performance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have managed 2+ restaurant locations simultaneously.
• Experience managing multiple-unit restaurant operations.
• Strong scheduling and labor cost management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of COGS, food cost, inventory, and waste control.
• Experience training staff and holding managers accountable.

REQUIRED / 필수

• Must have managed 2 or more restaurant locations simultaneously
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
• Strong scheduling and labor cost management experience
• Strong knowledge of COGS, food cost, inventory, and waste control
• Proven experience managing, training, and holding employees/managers accountable
• Must be able to travel between locations as needed
