Job summary

Askar Brands is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to lead a network of restaurants in Mobile, AL. You will drive sales, service, and profitability while sustaining a respectful, positive culture across locations.

You will mentor teams, oversee staffing, training, and cost controls, ensure food safety, and execute promotions. This role requires travel between sites and a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; P&L experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations daily.
• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management.
• Minimum 3 years in multi-unit management.
• Food Safety Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Create succession plans and execute them to ensure people stability.
• Manage employee files in compliance with requirements.
• Communicate accurately and effectively in all directions using various mediums.
• Create a culture of accountability, respect, and drive for results.
• Execute organizational training and talent development plans.
• Meet overall satisfaction scores and lead a guest-first culture across the network.
• Ensure training is effective and standards are met.
• Manage network labor to budget to meet service and sales goals.
• Manage network food costs to budget to meet service and sales goals.
• Ensure network meets minimum expectations on all assessments and closes gaps promptly.
• Ensure restaurants manage costs to budget and meet standards.
• Ensure cash and banking procedures are followed to standard.
• Implement promotions and new product launches successfully.

Multi-Unit Managers

are responsible for managing and leading a network of locations inclusive of building a respectful and positive culture. They ensure each location and the network exceeds all sales, service, and profitability goals. They lead the resourcing and development of people and ensure that the Brand and our business are represented according to our vision and values.

Responsibilities Include
