Job summary

TK Elevator in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sales Manager- Service/Repair/Modernization to lead the branch’s sales force across three lines of business and drive revenue growth. You will build relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects while coordinating with operations for strategic leads and labor estimates.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of elevator industry sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven B2B sales track record in highly competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven success in B2B field sales with experience selling services in a highly competitive market.
• Ability to review and guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales force across three lines of business and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives using CRM, quotes, tkExtend, and related tools.
• Manage and develop sales representatives, set goals, review performance, and conduct ongoing training.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects to maximize on-time conversions.
• Collaborate with Operations for strategic leads and labor estimating.
