Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Area Operations Director for Modernization in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive modernization initiatives, oversee project profitability, and partner with branch teams to ensure efficient operations and growth.

A strong safety culture and customer relationship focus are essential as you guide cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes leadership in process improvements, financial oversight, and collaboration with sales and operations to deliver value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and deal with abstract variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture across the region through audits and training.
• Act as change agent to promote improvements and drive best-in-class performance.
• Drive modernization projects from booking to turnover with regional coordination.
• Oversee and optimize P&L and profitability of modernization initiatives.
• Support business development and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Direct branch modernization staff, plan manpower, supervise personnel and projects.
