Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking an Interim Area Manager to lead 2+ studios, drive growth and profitability, and develop Studio Coordinators while delivering an exceptional yoga experience.

You will oversee operations, staffing, class schedules, and the retail business, partnering with District Manager to align with market goals. This role requires traveling between studios and a commitment of 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year experience in a CPY operations leadership or equivalent role preferred.
• Multi-unit operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel between studio locations.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training program required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
• Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS systems and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and levels of seniority.
• Experience delivering actionable and supportive feedback to a variety of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio teams and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple studios within an area.
• Maintain high levels of communication with employees through regular dialogues and meetings.
• Recruit, hire and train a talented Studio Coordinator team and develop staff.
• Own staffing for studio classes and SET schedules, including time-off and substitutions.
• Develop teachers and provide regular feedback to deliver a world-class yoga experience.
• Partner with District Manager on studio-level operations and strategy.
