Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a District Manager in Los Angeles to lead multiple studios, drive revenue growth, and develop studio leaders. You’ll execute district-wide strategies, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional member experiences while upholding CPY standards.

You will build high-performing teams, coach leaders, monitor financials, and collaborate with VP Yoga Operations to align with company goals. A dynamic, growth-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building high-performing teams in fitness or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and Yoga Alliance 200-hour preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow a district of successful studios by developing district-level strategies and goals.
• Lead and coach studio leaders to ensure a world-class yoga experience.
• Monitor analytics, manage budgets, and drive profitability across the district.
• Partner with VP of Yoga Operations to align district goals with company strategy.
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
