The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, experience in operations leadership, and completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training program. Flexibility and communication will be key in leading diverse teams and ensuring exceptional studio experiences.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a CPY operations leadership or equivalent role preferred.
• Multi-unit operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel between studio locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and manage profitability of multiple studios.
• Lead and develop Studio Coordinator teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
