Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking an Interim Area Manager to oversee 2+ studios, drive profitability, and lead diverse teams. You will recruit, train, and develop a Studio Coordinator team, while delivering an extraordinary yoga experience and growing the local community.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and operations, ensure safety and CPY standards, and partner with leadership to hit revenue and membership targets across your market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a CPY operations leadership or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple studio teams and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop and train Studio Coordinators and maintain staff performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and recruitment across studios in the area.
• Grow revenue, profitability, and membership in your studios.
• Ensure excellent client experience and adherence to CPY protocols.
