Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years related operations experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year Clinic Manager experience or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two or more Massage Envy clinics and supervise Clinic Managers.
• Establish leadership presence to ensure excellence in performance and adherence to brand values.
• Promote employee development, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure clinics meet monthly and annual performance goals and maintain budgets.
• Review KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
