Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Area Manager to drive performance across Austell-area clinics. You will supervise the General Managers, manage staffing, sales and guest service, and uphold the brand values of optimism and empathy.

This role reports to the District Manager and requires leadership across two or more clinics. The Area Manager will ensure operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with the District Manager to implement company initiatives while maintaining a professional image

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate department staff.
• Oversee two or more clinics and two General Managers.
• Ensure staffing levels and adherence to MEU policies.
• Drive client satisfaction and financial performance.
