Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations for multiple clinics in the Atlanta area. You will supervise General Managers, lead front-desk activities, and ensure sales and customer service excellence across locations.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on staff development, and accountability for KPI targets, budget adherence, and brand standards. This is an on-site leadership position within the Massage Envy network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year General Manager experience or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of two or more clinics and supervise General Managers.
• Plan, delegate, and communicate key responsibilities to ensure operational excellence.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff; ensure training plans are followed.
• Drive sales, customer service, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Maintain professional image and promote MEU and Atticus standards.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and address underperformance.
• Resolve member/customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
