Job summary

Massage Envy Area Manager is responsible for the operations and performance of assigned Massage Envy clinics. You will oversee sales, customer service, staffing and supervision of General Managers, upholding brand values and promoting wellness plans to guests and members.

This role requires front desk coverage, leadership across multiple locations, talent development, payroll tasks, and strict adherence to MEU and Atticus training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of two or more clinics and supervise General Managers.
• Lead staff development and succession planning.
• Ensure KPI and financial targets are met.
• Manage payroll documentation and related personnel records.
• Maintain professional image and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Resolve member and customer service disputes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and training plans.
